Balmain Asset Management has the financial capacity to grow its investments under management over the next few years.
The Balmain Group has recently formed a joint venture with the Bank of Scotland to invest European retail property.
Additionally, Balmain has established an equity relationship with Investec Private Bank (Investec – www.investec.co.uk) to provide further diversification of its direct investment capability.
Balmain is also formed in partnership with Real Estate Venture Capital Partners LLP (Revcap – www.revcap.co.uk). The Balmain | RevCap relationship is structured to deliver a broad range of investment opportunities across Europe, combining geographical spread with property and investment banking experience.
As a result, Balmain has developed a substantial internal equity base to allow us to move quickly and efficiently when acquiring property.
