Sierra Balmain joins forces with NEPI Rockcastle to manage Forum Gdańsk

On 1 January 2023 the Sierra Balmain group took over partial management of the Forum Gdańsk shopping center. Forum Gdańsk , follows CH Solaris and CH Karolinka in Opole, as well as CH Pogoria in Dąbrowa Górnicza, which the NEPI Rockcastle fund has transferred to be under the management of Sierra Balmain. Thanks to the new contract the total retail space managed by Sierra Balmain has increased to over 630,000 m2.

Forum Gdańsk is one of the most modern commercial galleries in Poland. It is also one of the largest shopping malls in the Tri-City and in the north of the country. On an area of 63,500 m2 sit ca. 200 shops and service outlets.
